Robert Joos was arrested on federal weapons charges back in June after investigators allegedly found firearms on his property in McDonald County, Mo. (It was actually part of an investigation of Daniel and Dennis Mahon.) Joos -- who is a felon and, thus, isn't supposed to have firearms -- says his current incarceration is illegal and is demanding $200,000 for every day that he's being held.
