Jail's design wasn't all that secure

A design flaw at the Vigo County, Indiana, jail allowed inmates to crawl through the ceiling and visit inmates in other cells.

Repairs are underway and should be complete by early December.

This is where they found 3 male and 3 female inmates in the same cell.

Don't mind that as much as I would if Bubba dropped down from the ceiling with a smile of missing teeth and the only thing out of his mouth is "Hi sweetheart" :(
