A father married his 14-year-old daughter off to a 23 year old because he was concerned that she would become sexually active with a boy her age, according to a story by Christine Vendel. Vincent Mosby, the 23 year old groom from Kansas City (pictured above) has been charged with statutory rape.
When disaproving relatives took the girl away, he shot bullets into an aunt's house.

Yep! He looks guilty (to those who are easily offended a light hearted response even though they arrested the guilty guy and he is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and the 14 year old admits that he did what he did. No minorities aka white males of Latvian descent were suppressed in this response)

The parents are traffickers.
This was all legal and tradition no so long ago....now it's a crime with a life sentence.
He should have done this in KS. It's totally legal there. Even rape and child porn is legal under KS law as long as they are married. I saw the 2006 Sex predator law. It actually says that in there.
