Defense Secretary Gates has set a 45-day time limit on the review, which will look at how the military identifies servicemembers who might be dangerous. And they'll look at whether U.S. bases are ready for situations like Fort Hood. It doesn't sound like they'll be dealing with Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan and his emails to a radical cleric.
