Prosecutors decide to leave Lori Drew alone

They're not going to file new charges against Drew, the woman prosecuted under an anti-hacking law after a young neighbor, Megan Meier, committed suicide over online harassment. A judge dismissed Drew's convictions earlier this year. Though everything happened in St. Charles County, Mo., the case was tried in federal court in California, because that's where MySpace is based.
