Suspect in cop-killing got out of prison early

Maurice Clemmons -- the man suspected of killing four police officers in Washington state -- had previously been convicted in Arkansas and was supposed to be in prison until 2015. His sentence was commuted after he convinced several officials, including the governor and the parole board, that he had changed.
