Including a sale in an elementary school's parking lot. From the U.S. Attorney for Kansas:
Michael Shirley, 39, Shawnee, Kan., has been sentenced to 140 months in federal prison for heroin trafficking, U.S. Attorney Lanny Welch said today.
... On Nov. 13, 2008, investigators arranged to purchase heroin in the parking lot of Overland Trail Elementary School in Lenexa, Kan. On Nov. 18, 2008, investigators arranged to buy heroin again from Shirley at an apartment in the 1800 block of Lennox Drive in Olathe, Kan.
On Dec. 4, 2008, investigators arranged to buy heroin one more time from Shirley in the apartment in Olathe. During that meeting, Shirley handed an undercover officer a syringe filled with heroin and instructed him to inject himself. The officer said he could not do it because he was on his way to work.

Wow, setting up a drug deal on school property to trigger the longer sentence. Real classy.
