Can meditation "fix" repeat offenders?

Near St. Louis, there's a nonprofit called Enlightened Sentencing Project that offers parolees training in Transcendental Stress Management. Judges say the program does such a good job helping convicts that, more and more, they're requiring probationers and parolees to attend. The Washington Post has a feature about it here.

"This is the magic," he said. "No matter how much he or she has sunk down in the mud and dust of his environment, once he has started on this path, the process itself will cleanse him of his stress."

In my best 3 stooges voice: "Couldn't hoit".

I am not a convicted felon but I seem to offend people everyday. I guess I should take some yoga classes.

That depends on how you mean fix. Since it's in quotation marks, I have to assume you had some sort of sharp utensil in mind...

Pagan mental disciplines don't work, folks. The Bible has a plan that works.
Meanwhile, Muslims in America's prisons are forcing young black inmates into jihadist training programs, funded by the Saudi government. Eventually, most of the newly-trained American jihadists will be turned loose on us through parole boards.
