Daughter of the year candidate: Jeanne Sevigny, 59, had told police that her 78-year-old mother, Mary Wilcox, of Westford, Vt., had Alzheimer's disease and wandered from their home Nov. 9, 2006.
Police, however, now have a different version. They accused Sevigny of killing her mother, burning her body in the backyard and having her son dispose of the remains.
Jeanne Sevigny is charged with second-degree murder and her son Greg Sevigny is charged with unlawful disposal of a human body.
