From OPPD: The Overland Park Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two individuals who have recently had warrants issued for their arrest. We are trying to locate Jamesetta Y. Anderson, B/F, 37 years of age, 5’06, 135 pounds and Kevin Christopher Estell, B/M, 39 years of age, 6’03, 295 pounds. See attached photos.
The warrants for their arrest are in connected with an ongoing investigation into an organized theft group that has been active in Overland Park. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of these people is asked to call the TIPS HOTLINE at 816-474-TIPS or the Overland Park Police Department.
The alledged woman looks like a guy.
