Four women have sued Joe Francis of "Girls Gone Wild," alleging they were just teenagers when they were filmed "in stages of undress or engaged in sexual activity," AP reports. Francis has filed a motion to dismiss. A federal judge says he needs the footage to be handed over to the court, so he can making a decision.
Hat Tip: Many thanks, cripjak!

Hahaha of course he does.

I also need footage to make a decision.

They make all of these girls sign disclosure forms, so to speak. This Francis guy's problem is bigger than that though. I heard in comedy bit the "show me where baby's feed" guy insinuated he was a big time date raper.

Wasn't the hooker who took down the New York governor a "Girls Gone Wild" alum?

I don't know. Let me call her and ask her.

Must be good to be a judge and/or in law "enforcement".

The girls "said they were 13 to 17 years old when they were filmed in stages of undress or engaged in sexual activity".
That makes this un-funny and very problematic for the defendant.

Are you supposed to ask for ID every time you want to hook up? She said she was 21 but ended up she was 16...... why am I the one in trouble? She lied about her age how was I to know?

Maybe the Coral Beach Middle School t-shirt should have been a clue . . .

I didn't realize Kevin Moriarty was hearing this case.

Bailiff: "Your Honor I know those videos are disturbing but you have to try to get a hold of yourself."
Judge: "That's what I'm going to my chambers for fool."

I've got a footage ... well, actually about 1.7 inches shy of a whole footage.

Well Wisdon you probably should ask for ID if you're going to leave behind an internationally marketed video as evidence.

He should have known when her birth control pills were in the shapes of Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble.

I saw the GGW bus going south on 435 this morning...

The GGW bus is parked out in front of Orlandos a lot. Not sure what they're doing. I've seen it there a couple times.

Get a grip, your honor.

Puh-leeze. Two words. Pay. Day.
If I was Joe's lawyer I'd counter sue them for misrepresenting their ages and subjecting him to the risk of jail and emotional distress. If they were underage they shouldn't lied and said they were legal. If they lied they should face fines & jail for willfully producing child pornography.
