In Leavenworth County, a man named Eric Montgomery, 75, was convicted yesterday of helping dispose of murder victim Lloyd Folsom's body back in 1990, Joe Lambe reports. Montgomery had previously testified about helping dispose of another body, but got immunity in that case. When Prairie Village started looking into Folsom's death last year, Montgomery reportedly said that, yes, he'd helped with Folsom's case, too. Folsom's body has never been found.
