A terrible thing to be sure. That woman needs some serious help. On a lighter side however, W. C. Fields was once asked how he liked children and he answered "par boiled."

Boil the mother. Let the punishment fit the crime.
"Ah yes, the patter of little feet around the house. There is nothing like having a midget for a butler."

Pat, my favorite Fields quote is about Baby Leroy: "Walk him around. Walk him around. The kid's no trooper."

She was ordered to to receive parenting training. WTH? No freaking way any parenting class is going to cure that kind of evil crazy.
Best WC Fields advice to kids: "Never play Squat Tag in an asparagus patch."

Anyone who hates children and animals can't be all bad.
W. C. Fields
Children should neither be seen or heard from - ever again.

So she got 5 years for scalding her own 2 year old in boiling water.
On this same blog, the North Dakota congressman got 44 years for fondling a 17 year old girl.
Anyone care to explain....rationally?
