You might remember the case of Bruce Lisker from earlier this year, when Lisker was freed after 26 years in prison and cleared of murdering his mother. Now? He's suing the city of Los Angeles, LAPD and the detectives who worked his case. Their behavior, he alleges in the federal suit, went beyond the level of making a mistake to actually framing him. (The L.A. Times did a big piece about the original murder investigation, raising questions.)
