Fund-raiser was actually for suspected killer, not victim, police say

In Vancouver, Wash., an 18-year-old is facing theft charges after she reportedly organized a car wash to raise money for the family of a man killed in a hit-and-run. Instead, the money went to the 18-year-old's boyfriend -- the guy accused of the hit-and-run.
