Sorry, Jell-O shots are a "beverage," judge rules

An Iowa City bar came up with a unique defense after it got busted for selling Jell-O shots to an underage patron. The management argued they hadn't broken the rules on alcoholic beverages because Jell-O isn't a liquid and, thus, can't be a beverage. The judge disagreed.
