Haitian judge says U.S. missionaries should be released

Mission

The prosecution has the opportunity to pipe up, but the AP says that, at the end of the day, the judge still has the final say. So it looks like the 10 missionaries, who allegedly tried to take dozens of kids into the Dominican Republic without necessary paperwork, should be free soon. (It sounds like the testimony of the kids' parents saved the group.) The detainees weren't talking to reporters just yet -- it sounds like they don't want to jinx anything.
