Jogger says he was literally whipped in Overland Park

One of his attackers included a dude with a mohawk, no less. (How very "Road Warrior.") OP police say he had marks that COULD have come from a whip, though they're still investigating. This allegedly happened about 1 this morning near 104th and Lamar.

Two men with shaved heads and one with a Mohawk haircut got out, according to the report. One man hit him with a whip and another cut his shirt with a knife, the man said. The third assailant had some kind of club, he said.

The men reportedly said something like “who do you think you are on our turf,” police said.

"IF" this should be another one of those false reports.......they need to put a stop to this SHI. by making him pay a large fine, and five days in jail. A slap on the wrist never wakes this kind of person (if he is guilty) up. Our police officers are not paid to take false police reports (if this should be false) from idiots! It was either use the tired "black man in a white van did it" routine or think outside of the box and go with an obscure description. Anyone ever seen "A Guy Thing" where he describes a readhead albino black guy with freckles to the police and they actually find one.

Though I've been known to go running at random times, including 1am. I don't do it so often anymore as their ARE creeps out there.
