More details about that weird kidnapping

A few weeks ago, three men from southern Missouri allegedly drove to New Jersey, kidnapped a pet-store owner named Jeffrey Muller and brought him back to Missouri, where he escaped.

Sadly, police say, they kidnapped the wrong Jeffrey Muller. Charges ensued -- not only for the three suspects, but a fourth guy, who was the alleged ringleader. (He claimed to be the son of the Hell's Angels founder and was "considering" them for membership in a new chapter here in Missouri, police say. Investigators are fairly certain that he is full of -- how do you say -- crap.)

Now? A fifth man has been charged. Roy A. Slates, a contractor from Nevada, Mo., allegedly told one of the suspects that he'd lost $400,000 in a construction deal with Jeffrey Muller. A plot was conceived where the four other suspects promised to find Muller and get some of the money back, the Joplin Globe reports.

Best Part: The local sheriff says he knows who and where the "real" Muller is.

Is anyone else having odd flashes of Kitty Carlisle and Soupy Sales voting on who is the "real" Jeffrey Miller?

At least they didn't relieve themselves on his carpet (which really tied the room together).

Sounds like a future TV movie. I just can't decide if it should be a comedy or drama.
