This is the case where a Texas nurse filed an anonymous complaint about a doctor that she clashed with. The state board sided with her, but local authorities decided to prosecute for misusing official information, claiming that she was just trying to ruin the doctor's rep. The jury has acquitted her.

This is an instance where the nurse should go after the prosecutor, sheriff, and doctor for all their personal assets.
