Warren is innocent you gotta be kiding hes a goodbye Man

Warren Sapp, is just that a moronic sap. This accusation of DV violence does not surprise me. He was a dirty player when he played, his one claim to fame was his cheap shot of a Greeb Bay player when he was with Tampa Bay. He hits this player 60 yards away from the play ending the players career. He is a jerk and I hope he is found guilty and goes to jail for along time.

Duane, you summed up this guy perfectly. No surprise at this behavior at all.

Duane, Chad Clifton was the player that was injured (legally) and he only missed the rest of that season, returning to play a full season in 2003. Sapp didn't end anyone's career. Know your facts before spewing from the mouth.

Clifton was hurt but is still playing in the league.Kurt Warner took a similar shot after a pick.A 100% legal hit.You have to keep your head on a swivel after a pick.Kurt Warner and Chad Clifton forgot that basic principal.Have we heard Warren's side of the argument?Reserve judgment until all the facts are known.

Luis... You're a Dip. Let's not confuse poor off-the-field conduct with poor sportsmanship. I'll give it to you that Sapp is not a nice person. He has a terrible reputation in Tampa for being a rude douche bag. That being said, the block on Chad Clifton was not a cheap shot and it did not end his career. In fact, he still plays for the Packers till this day and even made the Pro Bowl in 2008. Also, the block was not 60 yards from the play. Anytime a player intercepts a ball, he has the potential to return it for a touchdown. This makes every opposing player on the field (no matter how far they are from the play) a potential tackler and fair game to be blocked. It's every player's responsibility to keep his head on swivel as is taught to kids from day one. The pelvic injury he incurred was an unfortunate result of a legal hit, which resulted in no fines or suspensions from the league. Don't get me wrong... I am "NOT", by any stretch of the imagination, a Warren Sapp fan. But there's no need to conjure up stories to make him look bad. The facts speak for themselves and he does a good enough job of that on his own.

Lets just wait until this thing is sorted out before we pass judgment. I've been in a situation where although, I used poor judgment; I was also lied on. So hopefully the facts will come out.
