Will Iowa allow medical marijuana?

Some advocates are very excited because the state's pharmacy board is recommending to legislators that marijuana be allowed for medical purposes, the Des Moines Register reports. It doesn't look like it'll happen this year, but they think they can use this next year. The paper polled residents and found that 64 percent of those surveyed were OK with medical marijuana, if a doctor approves.
