Near Riverside, Calif., authorities are offering a $200,000 reward after gang members have apparently set booby traps for members of a drug task force, the Los Angeles Times reports. The California AG described it as nothing less than "urban terrorism." In one case, a utility line was set up so it fed gas into the unit's office. In another, a gun was rigged to fire when someone opened a gate -- it narrowly missed one officer.
