From Tony Rizzo: The death of a man whose body was found Jan. 16 in a Kansas City apartment has been ruled a homicide, police said Tuesday. Police discovered James M. Elrod’s body on the living room floor in an apartment in the 1100 block of the Paseo. After additional investigation, authorities determined that Elrod, 58, was the victim of a homicide.
