In Miner, Mo., police arrested a 44-year-old man who allegedly set his crotch on fire while making methamphetamines. (Specifically, he was using the shake-and-bake method, which I've heard is more volatile.) Witnesses say they saw a man hop out of a vehicle with a burning bottle and "flames in the area of his crotch."
