Clayton Dunlap -- the driver whose crash killed a 12-year-old boy this weekend -- is facing more charges, Jackson County prosecutors report. He's accused of resisting a lawful stop, driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated. That's on top of a second-degree murder charge.
Dunlap appeared in court yesterday, KSHB reports, and apparently made a scene:
In court, Dunlap yelled to family and friends in the court, “I was sober”.
