Need ID? Just let me drop my pants

In 1971, someone stole Gary Stewart Heggs' wallet and, with it, his identity. That person eventually got arrested and convicted -- but the authorities thought he was the real Heggs. Mystery Man escaped from prison and has never been seen again. But Heggs, who's an attorney in St. Charles, Mo., is still regularly questioned by police and other law enforcement.

He has one sure way of getting clear, though. He doesn't have the tattoos or appendectomy scars that Mystery Man had. The only way to show that is by dropping his pants, the Denver Post writes.
