From OPPD: The Overland Park, Kansas Police Department is conducting a DUI Saturation Patrol on April 2, 2010. It is the police department’s goal to reduce alcohol related auto accidents and discourage impaired driving within its community.
The DUI Saturation Patrol will begin at 11:00 PM, and the enforcement will not end until 3:00 AM. The Traffic Safety Unit will hold a briefing at the Myron Scafe Building, 8500 Antioch, Overland Park, KS, prior to initiating the enforcement.

I wish a "saturation patrol" consisted of the police wetting down womens shirts at the bars that I go to.

When I bar-hop to get wasted, I call that a "saturation patrol".

Here's another place where our rights have been lost. How did we get to the point where random searches would not be considered unreasonable searches? We need a "No Supreme Court Justice left behind" program. They can't read. And they think that Corporations are people, too, with all the rights of people. It's amazing how twisted our Courts have become.

This is a saturation, not a check point, X. It just means there will be a extra cops out patroling near poplular pubs.

Maybe "X" should have participated in the "No Reader Left Behind Program", it's a program to ensure that people who post to articles, have actually read, and understand what they have read, before they may post.
Saturation Patrol is not a Checkpoint. The Supreme Court can read, "X", but apparently you cannot.
