The doctor is in (jail)

In Kentucky, patients of Douglas Rank -- a psychiatrist accused of stabbing a patient with a sword -- are still trying to keep their appointments with him, even though he's in jail. The jailers, obviously, turn them away. Officials say some patients have asked if they could bring the doc's prescription pad to the jail so they can keep getting their meds.

Sounds like he gave them what they asked for. I will take some quaaludes, xanax, and they probably should be able to prescribe vodka. It would be nice for insurance to cover that.

I was wondering, has does one go about obtaining a sword, exactly? Swords are not routinely sold in most stores, and if I knew the answer to my question, then I might also (in addition to the sword) have a means of obtaining the battle axe, crossbow, flail and matching gauntlets that I've been looking to get for quite some time. On a separate (though not completely unrelated) line of inquiry, where does one go about obtaining a Gatling Gun?

Independentrage, swords are not illegal to own, they just frown on people carying them around. There are several internet sites people can order them. I've seen Japanese Katana's, Roman short swords and midieval broadswords, civil war sabres, and fencing rapiers.

there are online sources that sell swords, new and antique types.

some new shock therapy technique the doc was trying? attacking someone with a sword might just make one forget all the ptsd type thoughts of the past, at least for awhile. i say turn him loose in prison with his sword, let him practice that stabbing to forget technique there.

there is a place that reproduces old gattling guns. with a back log of orders for about 6 yrs, they arent taking any new orders though. the one listed, a reproduction of an 1892 model, sold for 38k. so save your nickels and dimes, independentrage, and maybe in a few yrs you too, can have your own g-gun.
