Several days ago, a former state trooper won a lawsuit that led Springfield to shut down all of its red-light cameras. He was fighting a ticket he received and argued the city's system for handling the tickets wasn't legal. The Missouri Supremes agreed.
He doesn't have to pay the fine, so he's donating the $100 to MADD instead.

MADD gets enough money from DUI convictions to fully fund their next attempt at getting more money and more DUI convictions.

Wow, so how much ticket fine money will be refunded? Let me guess. None.

We can only hope that the KCMO and Sugar Creek redlight cameras are shut-off.
