The case is from Iowa City. The suspect had reportedly been living with her sister and the sister's husband for a couple of months. The toilet-tank lid was employed during an "altercation," the police say.

Was she dangerous enough that she wanted to kill her own sister? Or was she stupid enough, or out-of-control enough not to understand what damage she could do? Or was she tanked?
