28 DUI arrests during KCPD checkpoint

From KCPD: The Kansas City Missouri Police Department, assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol conducted a Sobriety Checkpoint on April 16, 2010 from 2300 hours to 0400 hours at 169 Highway & Lou Holland Drive, Downtown Airport. Northbound traffic was checked with total of 1,037 vehicles stopped.

A total number of 28 DUI arrests were made, along with 2 Driving While Revoked/Suspended, 3 Hazardous Moving Violations, 3 Other Traffic Violations, 1 Seatbelt Violation, 3 City Violations of Minor in Possession of Alcohol, 4 Violations of Child Endangerment, and 1 KC Warrant.
