Boy, 13, accused of chain-saw spree

In Sandy, Ore., police have accused a seventh-grader of "a four-month reign of arson and chain saw destruction," the Oregonian reports. The lad allegedly went out at night and used a chain saw to cut down trees and utility poles -- some of which fell on the road and caused car wrecks. People in town had dubbed the unknown woodsman "the Chainsaw Chicken."
