Burning down the house

In LeClaire, Iowa, a 16-year-old girl allegedly burned down her house because she didn't like how her mom had disciplined her. Mom, an 18-month-old and the girl's invalid grandfather were home at the time, but escaped. The house is destroyed. She might not like how Iowa disciplines people, either: She's automatically charged as an adult and could get 25 years in prison.
