A municipal judge has lost his job in Littleton, Colo., after he issued an arrest warrant for a 19-year-old who failed to return a DVD to the library. Only there were a few problems: The kid had moved, and a court summons wasn't delivered to him. He didn't know he was ignoring the court, and that alone should've stopped the warrant.
Also, THE KID HAD ALREADY RETURNED THE DVD, about a week before the warrant was issued. The library had already sent a letter to the judge.
