KCPD has sent out surveillance photos of a man suspected of burglarizing a home in the 15000 block of Ess Road back on May 21. (Some electronics were taken.) I've lightened up the bottom image, hoping it'll look a little clearer. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (474-8477).
