From KCKPD:The victim from the homicide which occurred on Friday, April 30, 2010 in the 2200 Block of State Line Road has been identified. Juan M. Molinar, Hispanic male, DOB 07/03/1968, was a Kansas City, Kansas resident. The victim’s family has been notified.
