KMBC reports that Kendall Carr, 8, and his 2-year-old sister, Kenni, went missing Monday morning in Harvey, Ill., and could be headed to Missouri with a family member, 39-year-old Kent Carr. An Amber Alert has been issued in Illinois. More details here.
