Mo. convict gets new trial

Zackary Stewart, a Hurley, Mo., man serving a life sentence for murder, will get a new trial after the Missouri Supreme Court ruled that new evidence suggests someone else did it. Stewart was found guilty of killing David Dulin in 2006, when Stewart was still in high school. New DNA evidence found near the body is from a relative of Stewart's, the AP reports.
