Pirates target Texas fishermen

On Texas' Falcon Lake, fishermen are the targets of Mexican pirates, who pose as "federales" but appear to be aligned with the Zetas drug cartel, the Washington Post reports. They've managed to avoid the authorities, largely by staying on the Mexican side of the lake.
