Twins try to pull courtroom switcheroo

In Largo, Fla., a man tried to "fill in" for his twin brother in court, but the man's lawyer suspected something was up. The judge was alerted, and the man made the mistake of lying under oath. He's been sentenced to nearly six months in jail. He said he was trying to help his brother, who was flying in and wouldn't make the hearing. What charge had the brother been facing? Scheming to defraud.
