An Oregon man is accused of using the identity of a Cincinnati boy who was kidnapped and killed back in 1982, and he's refusing to give his real name to authorities, officials allege. "Jason Robert Evers" has used that name since 1996, and he has a surprising job -- as an investigator for the state's liquor control commission, the Oregonian reports.
