Charges filed in weekend KC beating

Jackson County prosecutors have filed charges of first-degree assault and armed criminal action against a Kansas City man, Roger Stanley. He's accused of beating up his girlfriend's daughter's boyfriend over the weekend, then heading to the hospital where the victim was taken, court records allege.
