Not remotely crime-related

Recently, we linked to a story about three California teenagers who got into trouble when they wore U.S. flag T-shirts to school -- on Cinco de Mayo. (A school administrator was worried about the possibility of fights breaking out, Fox News notes.) There is now, naturally, a lawsuit.
