Oregon man secretly snipped women's hair on city buses

In Portland, Ore., a 23-year-old man was sentenced to two years, four months in prison after he allegedly cut off clumps of women's hair on city buses. It was witness tampering, though, that he pleaded guilty to committing. He tried to tell his girlfriend what to say in court, and he tried to get a friend to plant some scissors as a way to throw off investigators, prosecutors said.
