From Tony Rizzo: Kansas City police are on the scene of a possible life-threatening shooting in the southeast part of the city. The shooting was reported about 11:20 a.m. in the 4400 block of East 107th Street. Initial reports indicated that someone who lived there was wounded and that as many as four suspects were seen fleeing the area.
