Criminal investigation into Arlington National Cemetery mistakes?

You might have heard that Congress is investigating reports of mismarked graves, bodies buried in the same graves and other problems at Arlington National Cemetery. Now? It looks like there's a criminal investigation, too, into contracts for the computer system that was supposed to keep everything straight, the P-D reports.
