A former cop from Uplands Park, Mo., would arrange to meet escorts and then force them to perform sex acts before he robbed them. In one case, prosecutors alleged, Leon Pullen was in full uniform, and the assault happened at a police station. Pullen pleaded guilty yesterday in federal court and could be sentenced to 25 years in prison.
