OP to put 'speed sign' on street where woman was killed

From Brad Cooper:

Overland Park is planning to install a digital traffic sign that alerts drivers to their speed on a street where a woman was killed in her front yard by a hit-and-run driver.

The city expects to post the sign on 99th Terrace within about three weeks. The city has a similar sign in place on 133rd Street between Nall and Lamar near Overland Trail Middle School and Overland Trail Elementary.
