In Philadelphia, an 18-year-old has been sentenced to six to 12 years in prison after he reportedly raped a classmate while she was dying from alcohol poisoning. The two of them, plus a third teenager, had played hooky and spent the day drinking, the Inquirer reports. The dead girl, 15, was also a young mother. Her mother talked about what the loss means to the dead girl's daughter.
"What do I say when she asks why she doesn't have a mother?" Harding said.
